Information on the processing of personal data

The administrator of the personal data provided in the client's (employer's) registration process or in the contact form on the website is SygnaApp System Kulig Palonek sp.j. Al. 29 Listopada 85, 31-408 Kraków, Poland, KRS 0001061000, kontakt@sygnaapp.pl. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interests of the client (employer) on whose behalf the registration is made or on the basis of the consent of the data subject. The provided personal data will be processed for the period of use by the client (employer) of the SygnaApp system, or until the administrator or user is changed. In the case of processing based on consent, processing takes place until its withdrawal. The purpose of processing may be to provide access to online platforms run by the Administrator, receive the newsletter, for marketing purposes or to contact you in connection with the inquiry left in the form. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, or when the processing takes place on a different basis. The data may also be processed for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the Administrator. The legitimate interests of the Administrator are, in particular, marketing purposes. The recipients of the data may be employees and associates of the Administrator. Personal data is not transferred to any other entities, except for trusted partners providing services to the Administrator, e.g. hosting services. Entrusting data to trusted partners takes place on the basis of data entrustment agreements concluded by the Administrator, guaranteeing protection at a level corresponding to the requirements of the GDPR. The data subject has the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, on the terms and circumstances provided for in legal provisions, and insofar as the law provides for the possibility of exercising these rights due to the nature of the data and the nature of the processing. Providing data is voluntary. However, due to the purpose and nature of processing, failure to provide data or lack of consent to processing will prevent the use of the functionalities offered by the Administrator. The administrator does not use data for automated decision making. Based on the subpages viewed by users, the Administrator may process data on preferences (profiling) for the marketing purposes of the Administrator's services, which is a justified purpose of data processing by the Administrator.

What are cookies?

Cookies should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in users' end devices and are intended for the use of websites. As a rule, these files contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

What do we use cookies for"?

Cookies may be used by us, among others in order to: adapt the content of websites to the user's preferences and optimize the use of websites. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to understand how the user uses websites, which allows improving their functionality. By using cookies in the manner described above, we never identify the identity of users on the basis of information stored in cookies.

How long is data stored in cookies?

There are two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. The first of them are temporary files that remain on the user's device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). "Permanent" files remain on the user's device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by user. Cookies used by the website operator's partners are subject to their own privacy policy.

Can I opt out of accepting cookies?

By default, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be placed on the end device by default. These settings can be changed so that cookies are blocked - in whole or in part. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings. However, it should be remembered that limiting the use of "cookies" may affect some of the functionalities available on the website.
