The Administrator of the personal data is SygnaApp System Kulig Palonek sp. j. with its registered office in Kraków, Al. 29 Listopada 85, 31-408 Kraków, KRS 0001061000, kontakt@sygnaapp.pl. Data processing is carried out on different bases, depending on the purpose of the data provided:
- in the case of enquiries from the Administrator's forms: on the basis of consent, including for the purpose of replying to the enquiry sent or for the purpose of providing access to the content of the services provided or participation in the events organised;
- in case of account registration: for the purposes necessary for the performance of the contract or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into the contract;
- in the case of reports by anonymous whistleblowers: on the basis of consent and for the purpose of sending notifications of activities on the subject of the reports;
PThe personal data provided will be processed for the period of: the use of the SygnaApp online platform and until the expiry of the limitation period for possible claims - in principle for a period of 3 years after the termination of the cooperation. In the case of processing on the basis of consent, processing takes place until the consent is withdrawn. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, or when processing is carried out on another basis. Data may also be processed for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the Administrator. The legitimate interests of the Administrator are in particular marketing purposes. Personal data is not transferred to any other entities, with the exception of trusted partners providing services to the Administrator, e.g. hosting, mailing services. The entrustment of data to trusted partners takes place on the basis of data processing entrustment agreements concluded by the Administrator, guaranteeing protection at a level corresponding to the requirements of the GDPR. The Data Subject has the right to request access to data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, on the terms and in the circumstances provided for by law, and insofar as the law provides for the exercise of these rights due to the nature of the data and the nature of the processing. The provision of data is voluntary. However, due to the purpose and nature of the processing, failure to provide data or failure to consent to processing will prevent the use of the functionalities, services or services offered by the Administrator. The Administrator does not use data for automated decision-making. On the basis of the subpages viewed by users, the Administrator may process data on preferences (profiling) for marketing purposes of the Administrator's services, which is the justified purpose of data processing by the Administrator.
