  • Customizable system administrators

    SygnaApp is customizable to be operated by any number of selected administrators. The number of administrators can be changed at any time as needed and The system can be configured to allow individual each administrators to manage any number of reports. A single report can be treated by multiple administrators.
  • Customizable number of organizational units (departments / locations)

    SygnaApp was designed to our system, we consider the needs of entities with multiple departments (units) and branch locations . The application allows users to add multiple units of one entity to the system. This function facilitates report organization and certainty of which reports relate to individual units.
  • User-friendly administration panel

    Administrators log into the application using a personal link, login and password which allows them access to an intuitive and user-friendly panel to view all reports. The administrator’s panel allows administrators to easily carry out clarification processes and communication with whistleblowers as well as activate and edit report status. The panel also includes configuration and personalization tools for the SygnaApp system.
  • Configurable report form

    In the SygnaApp application, administrators determines which fields will appear in the reporting person's form and those that are obligatory. This function also allows for reports to be made anonymously.
  • Personalized and editable reporting page

    SygnaApp users are provided with a dedicated website to make reports. It contains ready-made information and instructions to support the whistleblowers in making fair and correct reports. The page can be managed and standard text can be adapted to the needs and rules of the user organization. The administrator also decides whether the reporting person can update the report with new details.
  • Automatic notifications and reminder alerts

    The SygnaApp system informs the administrator of all new reports and deadlines. Default alerts can be freely configured to remind users of their obligation to accept or respond in advance. Both the administrator and the reporting person are informed of any changes related to the reports.
  • Handling of reports submitted in any form

    The SygnaApp system can be used to treat all reporting channels, including but not limited to electronic reporting. If a report is made orally, in writing or in any other agreed upon form with the employer, the administrator has the option of entering the report into the SygnaApp application. This allows users to store the history of all reports in one safe place, and the system will automatically include the obligatory registry of reports not submitted electronically. Alerts and notifications will remind users to treat the reporting case.
  • Exporting reports from the system

    A single report or an entire registry of reports with the history of cases and attached files can be exported from the system at any time.
  • Outsourcing the whistleblowing service process

    In the case of high volumes of reports or those requiring substantial support from specialists, SygnaApp allows users to forward reports to an external body (e.g. a law firm). The system allows users to submit individual reports as well as all cases in a registry.
